About this opportunity

Welcome to the Safekeeping PL team. As Assistant/Service Operations Officer  you’ll play a valuable role in  taks related to account administration, reports and relations with our sub-custody and global clients in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily opening new accounts upon request by SWIFT messages
  • Maintenance of accounts (e.g. updating name, tax rate, tax domicile)
  • Closing accounts 
  • Creating or changing work instructions
  • Taking part in various projects (relating processes or team areas)

Your experience and background:  

  • Advanced knowledge of English language, both spoken and written
  • University degree (finance, economy) or equivalent professional experience
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Analytical, problem – solving and organizational skills
