Junior/Process Officer, Cash Management Operations, Łódź

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Cash Management Onboarding Sweden team. We add value by enabling customers to use the services Nordea offers. As the Junior/Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in in operating and enabling Nordea’s customers to use our services.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring sustainability of the processes and delivering with respect to agreed service level
  • Producing changes to improve performance in terms of tasks performed (LEAN methodology)
  • Cooperating with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Sweden
  • Creating, developing and updating documentation and procedures

You’ll join a team consisting of vigorous, young, but experienced people who are eager to cooperate. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:

  • Graduated at least secondary school
  • English on communicative level (at least B2)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Analytical mind
