Print Platform Specialist (VPSX ), Gdynia

We are looking for you who have experience in managing network printers in an enterprise environment. This is an opportunity for you to manage an environment with more than 2000 multifunction devices located in multiple locations.

About this opportunity

You’ll join Device Service, where we  work with Nordea´s print platform. The team has global responsibilities for the print platform in Nordea.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the enterprise print environment for Nordea
  • Handle incidents and provide support for the users
  • Cooperate with business units and our 3rd party vendors to provide and maintain print solutions

As a member of our unit, you will be able to have a great impact on our internal culture and way of working as well as on how our team is recognized as a value-adding partner by others.

The role is based in Gdynia.

Your profile and background:
  • Experience within print management systems (e.g. VPSX) and “follow me” solutions
  • Experience in Device Management: user support, incidents and understanding of printer fundamentals (Markvision Enterprise experience will be an advantage)
  • Knowledge of pull print solutions (e.g. MFPSecure)
  • You are familiar with technical documentation: working with documentation, documenting new solutions and changes
