About this opportunity

Welcome to the FI Operations Team 3 in Banking Operations Poland – Finnish Unit. We add value by everyday delivery of services to our customers in Finland. We process assignments for both corporate and household in variety range of processes but you will play a special role. As a CCBS project member, you will be dedicated to a year-end challenge, where we deliver financial statements to our corporate customers. They really need our service here and await both fast and precise delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily delivering financial statements to corporate customers
  • Focusing on fast and precise processing administrative tasks
  • Ensuring sustainability of the process
  • Cooperating with stakeholders and our teams in Finland & Estonia
  • Working in a project group of 20+ people
  • Collaborating with core international team members

Your experience and background:  

  • Graduated at least secondary school
  • All financial background will be a welcome plus
  • English on communicative level (at least B1-B2)
  • Good command of MS Office tools (Outlook & Excel)

The role is based in Łódź and requires full-time availability with increased workload in January. Due to the nature of the project we initially offer 3 months long contract when you get to know Nordea. We will be happy, as an ever-growing Department, to offer long-term contracts afterwards to all successful candidates.
