Junior Process Officer/Process Officer, Łódź

About this opportunity

Welcome to Cash Management Operations. We add value by ensuring that Nordea customers receive high quality service in cash management area. As the Junior Process Officer/Process Officer you’ll play a valuable role in supporting efficient and correct flow of payments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Analyse and repair international transactions
  • Continuously learn and update knowledge in order to ensure high quality deliveries
  • Provide support and guidance to Customer Responsible Units in own area of responsibility
  • Improve assigned processes and be part of different initiatives aimed to increase efficiency and reduce existing risks
  • Work in Scandinavian environment

You’ll join a team of young and energetic colleagues, eager to constantly develop and improve their competencies. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:  

  • Good command of English (at least B1)
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Banking knowledge or previous experience in banking sector will be an asset
