About this opportunity
Welcome to the Change&Transition team. We add value by supporting all type of transitions (in close collaboration with the Change and Release team) towards the maintenance teams in the TOS area. As a Transition Coordinator, you’ll play a valuable role in our IT landscape shielding receiving teams, support service readiness and securing a smooth collaboration with all the stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating of service readiness Managing Release to Release activities
- Supporting maintenance of teams/projects
- Stakeholder management
- Governing and monitoring the IT Transition process activities
You’ll join a highly dedicated cross-border team in the middle of building and launching a new process - balancing the strategic work with the BAU work. We are situated in Poland (Gdynia) and Denmark (HH) with focus on team spirit, knowledge sharing and supporting each other’s living the Nordea values.
The role is based in Gdynia.
