About this opportunity

Welcome to the Test Environment Management Services unit in Group Technology. We are the single point of contact for test environment services to Technology areas and large IT programmes. As Team Leader, you’ll play a valuable role in providing services to ensure high availability of testing environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure a satisfactory availability of environments
  • Ensure clear communication to stakeholders and a satisfactory users’ experience
  • Pro-active monitoring of testing environments
  • Managing the team of 15+ specialists
  • Taking care of your team members development

The role is based in Gdynia.

Your experience and background:  

  • At least Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in one of areas: IT development, IT Services, Quality assurance, testing
  • At least 3 years of experience working on managerial position
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
