Performance Management Officer, Gdynia
We are looking for a Performance Management Officer to join our unit within Group CIO Office. This is an opportunity for you to gain broad business knowledge and learn how Technology supports business in delivering on the Nordea strategy and the link to performance management. You will be exposed to a wide range of issues through regular engagement with key stakeholders across all management levels in Technology.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join IT Strategy & Execution Office which is a unit in Technology/Group CIO Office responsible for Nordea IT Strategy, Nordea IT Governance and IT Performance Management.
Your main responsibility as Performance Management Officer is to develop and manage the entire performance management framework in Technology, thereby ensuring that all organisational performance management is managed consistently and transparent.
- In close cooperation with your colleagues working with Performance Management and Reporting you are required to:
- drive and mature the Performance Management framework and processes in Technology
- implement and maintain measures/Key Performance Indicators of organisational performance
- undertake analysis and facilitate recommendations to enhance performance management
- develop and maintain relevant reports within Performance Management area in Nordea
In addition to your assignments in the Performance Management area you also have the role of driving automation of the portfolio of existing management reports in close cooperation with colleagues, management and other stakeholders.
The position is based in Gdynia, Poland and is a newly established position in IT Strategy & Execution Office.

Your profile and background:
- English language (written and spoken) on professional level
- good communication skills, written and spoken
- driver and facilitation skills
- research and analytical skills
- experience in performance management tools
- educated to degree level, preferable in a business administration/management related discipline
- solid experience in performance management
- good interpersonal and influencing skills
