In Group Finance & Treasury (GF&T) we are now taking the next step on our One Finance journey. Leveraging the consolidated strength of Nordea’s financial expertise and competencies to meet future demands, we have established a new unit, Finance & Treasury Reporting, ensuring common operations and an efficient delivery model.

As a Team Lead in Regulatory Quality Assurance you’ll will be responsible for coaching, developing and setting the direction of Regulatory Reporting Analysts. The team works with ensuring the data sourcing in our financial, capital and part of tax regulatory reporting contains good quality data with in depth analysis of movements between periods as well Corep & Finrep reporting. The team is also involved in the development process for requirements and requirements responsible as well as participating in UAT and in-depth regulatory questions on delivered data.

  • Capacity planning
  • Skills development through active questioning and listening
  • Ensuring we are ready for the disruption of technology and the shifts needed to meet future demands on the unit

You will be reporting to Mirja Monteiro, Head of Regulatory Reporting, and you will become a member of the Regulatory Reporting management team.

The role can be based in Łódź.

Your profile and background:
  • Previous leadership experience in terms of leading large agile teams, functional leadership or people leader is required
  • An interest in lean/agile leadership, with a long-term thinking, patience and a sustainability mindset are required
  • A conceptual understanding of Regulatory Reporting is desired
  • Living the Gemba style, ensuring you are in touch of where the value is created and through problems solving deliver on the expectations set by key stakeholders
