We are looking for the Team Leader for development and maintenance of database activity monitoring solution including process technology and reporting. Your future responsibilities
You will join Technology Information Security Office (TISO) as Head of Application and Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) Team. We are responsible for development and maintenance of application and database activity monitoring capability, including process technology and reporting. You will provide risk-based overview of data security in DAM area. You will drive and deliver Application Security monitoring solution and standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively manage a team on an operational level with employees located in Poland and Nordic countries
- Take responsibility for delivering a strong professional result and driving the operational excellence
- Be a member of the Management team and understand the underlying business drivers
- Make and implement development and operational plans and set concrete targets for the team, as well as for each employee
- Ensure that your direct reports understand how their targets and plans are linked to their daily duties
- Manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
The role is based in Gdynia or Warsaw.

- IT experienced Team Leader
- Knowledge about security domain
- Proven leadership skills
- Good understanding of risk management
- Ability to create and execute development plans for Application security monitoring and Database Activity Monitoring
