Process Specialist, Łódź

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Cash Management Operations, where we our main objective is to deliver great experience to our customers by operating the manual processes related to Cash Management with high quality and efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Taking responsibility for daily processes in area of Cash Management in International Payments team
- Showing proactive approach, implementing improvements to the processes with full understanding of the process and awareness of process dependencies
- Proactively foreseeing threats, recognizing root causes, solving problems and setting up solutions in order to reduce operational risks in daily work
- Cooperating with stakeholders and retained teams situated in Sweden
- Possessing, exchanging and expanding knowledge to increase the level of process performance and be a trainer for others

Your profile and background:
- English spoken and written on a professional level is a must
- Experience in banking/back office/ BPO min. 3 years
- Analytical mind
- SWIFT knowledge is an asset
- To be keen on working in a team, learning new tasks and get motivated by working in a changing international environment
