Operation Quality Specialist, Gdynia

We are looking for a Transition coordinator to support services that are handed over in a qualified manner to the maintenance teams. This is an opportunity for you to utilise your personal competencies for communication, coordination, relationship-building in an agile IT world aligning to ITIL.

Your future responsibilities

 
You’ll join Change & Transition, where we own the Nordea IT Transition process and support all type of transitions (in close collaboration with the Change and Release team) towards the maintenance teams in the TOS area. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
  • Coordinating of service readiness 
  • Managing Release to Release activities 
  • Supporting maintenance of teams/projects 
  • Stakeholder management 
  • Governing and monitoring the IT Transition process activities 
The role is based in Gdynia. Welcome to a highly dedicated cross border team in the middle of building and launching a new process - balancing the strategic work with the BAU work. We are situated in Poland (Gdynia), Sweden (lindhagen) and Denmark (Taastrup HH) with focus on team spirit, knowledge sharing and supporting each other’s living the Nordea values.
