Business Analyst, Gdynia

We are looking for an Analytical Professional to join the Group Portfolio Management team within Group Portfolio Management & Change. Working in our team means that you will be employed in an area enabling Nordea to successfully plan and execute the IT development portfolio to deliver value-adding customer solutions. You will gain valuable experience from a cross-border environment and in Nordea's portfolio management capabilities.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Group Portfolio Management and your initial assignment will be working in our risk management capability. The main tasks will be within portfolio risk management, compliance & change portfolio risk mitigation and alignment.  
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting on Project Portfolio Management and Group Portfolio Management & change aspects 
  • Support operational risk reporting for Group Portfolio Management & change aspects 
  • Contribute to risk management on aggregated level e.g. preparing risk management meetings 
  • Process development including instructions and tools related to risk management 
The role is based in Gdynia.

Your profile and background: 
  • High analytical, inductive and reading comprehension 
  • Attention to detail and high drive to achieve 
  • Fluent English (spoken, written) 
  • Academic degree 
  • Advantageous with experience in any of the areas: 
  • Portfolio-, Programme-, Project, SAFe disciplines (incl. risk management) 
  • Operational Risk Management disciplines 
  • Regulatory reporting  
  • Operational Risk Reporting 
  • Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
