IT User Administrator, with Active Directory Knowledge, Warsaw
We are looking for an experienced IT User Administrator with broad knowledge of Active Directory – a working knowledge of scripting languages would be preferred (e.g. PowerShell). Your future responsibilities
You’ll join User Administration team, where we are responsible for provisioning accesses and fulfilling work orders to our internal end-users. Therefore, we must always act according to the access management policies and standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work Order fulfilment, according to policy and procedure
- Meeting the SLM targets
- SME resource requests - Project allocation
- Work instruction refinement and/or creation
- Driving and cultivating Nordea's key values
The role is based in Warsaw. Welcome to a true "global team”; more than 10 different nationalities between 50 team members, ensuring that English is our main language!

Your profile and background:
- ITIL knowledge (ITIL Foundation certificate preferred)
- Understands the Agile methodology
- Active Directory knowledge (professional)
- Scripting knowledge (PowerShell is preferred)
- Motivated - self-starter
- Experience with ITSM, ticketing tools
