Compliance Officer, Monitoring & Advice Process team, Warsaw
We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Monitoring & Advice Process team in GRC COO Assurance and contribute in the different stages of the compliance assurance process.

Your future responsibilities
In GRC COO Assurance we enable the Nordea Bank Board of Directors and senior management to manage their accountabilities within compliance risks by providing verified assessments of risk mitigating actions and having controls in place. Our assurance activities empower our management to make fact-based decisions on compliance risks. In addition, we give support, advice and training on assurance methodology to our colleagues in the different business areas of compliance.
- Planning, preparing material and performing assurance related trainings
- Giving advice in assurance related questions
- Being part of a Group level compliance assurance planning process
- Handling quality assurance and other methodology related activities
- Participating in assurance projects as a team member or a project leader
In the Monitoring & Advice Process team we currently have colleagues in Stockholm, Helsinki and Copenhagen and the head of the team is located in Stockholm.

- You should have a proven track record of being structured and having the ability of prioritizing your tasks
- Previous experience within compliance and/or audit is an advantage
- You should have a bachelor or master’s degree within a relevant area
- Excellent English skills, both spoken and written. The role requires you to provide senior management with reports and material
