Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Group CIO Office/ Group Technology where we act as a management support, helping managers or management teams seamlessly by providing just in time and by efficient management support to free up time for managers to do other professional assignments. Implement projects and initiatives. Our team IT Secretariat & Staffing support Technology management within PA- and HR related tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
- Run co-ordination and implementation of various initiatives within the unit/division to ensure action and follow up
- Actively focus on business requirements and business understanding in order to create high quality deliverables
- Administration and hosting of onboarding sessions in Gdynia and Warszawa
- Demonstrate a good understanding of the organization, being able to identify and reach relevant stakeholders within Nordea to optimize the onboarding sessions
- Proactively engage stakeholders through clear communication, to manage expectations, involvement and requirements
- Represent own unit with high degree of professionalism in order to maintain a good reputation among both external and internal contacts

Your profile and background:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Outspoken and with high communication skills
- Experience in analysing, reporting, researching, planning and organizing (professional level)
- Professional experience in service-related roles
