Recruitment Service Partner, Łódź

We are looking for a Recruitment Service Partner to support Nordea’s recruitment process, both globally and locally in Poland. This is an opportunity for you to be responsible for a variety of tasks such as ordering competency tests, scheduling interviews, taking care of applications from recommendation programme and many others. You will liaise with recruiters and other colleagues, seated in the 4 Nordics countries, as well as in Poland.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Talent Acquisition Global Operations team, where we support and closely cooperate with recruiters based in the Nordics and Poland. 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Managing recruitment administration (scheduling interviews, ordering competency tests, adding applications to the ATS, project assignment and updating recruitment tracking tool on daily basis) in a structured manner to ensure an efficient and smooth process 
  • Liaising with Nordea recruiters and senior recruiters and other stakeholders based in the Nordic countries and locally in Poland 
  • Conducting reference and background checks for candidates in order for Nordea to be compliant 
  • Utilize relevant HR systems efficiently to secure high data quality and accurately recording in each step of the process 
The role is based in Łódź.

Your profile and background:
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (at least B2/C1) 
  • Analytical mind and ability to manage multiple tasks 
  • Ability to drive innovation and actively seek for improvements 
  • Some experience in recruitment/talent sourcing area would be an asset
