Service Level Analyst, Gdynia

We are looking for a Service Level Analyst to help develop our reporting framework towards external vendors by driving requirements and managing strategic change initiatives. 
 
You'll become a key player to manage and control our external IT service providers. A future opportunity is for you to learn how-to design and develop dashboards/reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Service Level Management, where we help our stakeholders make better and faster data driven decisions by visualising performance to support service excellence.  
 
We serve internal customers within IT performance, compliance & risk reporting to Nordics, Poland and the global environments where Nordea operates. We report to all of IT and all business area's in Nordea. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
  • Act as a subject matter expert, co-create and make recommendations to internal stakeholders 
  • Help define and develop our reporting framework towards external vendors 
  • Collect and process data into automated reporting 
  • Drive stakeholder meetings and follow-up on external service providers IT performance from governance, risk and compliance perspective 
  • Review and improve external service providers reporting 
The role is based in Gdynia. Welcome to a highly competent, openminded and skilled reporting team focusing on developing standardized and automated dashboards/reports using Power BI and cognitive services to predict "What has happened, "What's happening now" and "What's going to happen".

Your profile and background: 
  • You have great interpersonal skills

  • You have worked with/or managed third-party (vendor) contracts 
  • You understand SLA’s, KPI’s and outsourcing agreements 
  • You hold an academic degree  
  • You are analytical by nature, you understand data and you see the dependencies 
  • You have excellent English written and spoken skills 
Optional
 
  • ITIL or Lean certification
