IAM Tactical Process Manager, Gdynia or Nordics

We are looking for a Tactical Process Manager for the IAM processes. IAM is an important player when it comes to protect the information and data of Nordea.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join IAM Risk Management, where we are responsible for IAM governance, IAM reporting and IAM Audits & risks (administration and further maturation of our IAM Control framework, including management of risks and audit issues). Travel may be applied to the job. 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Responsible for the IAM process development, implementation and continuous improvement utilising Nordea’s BPM and Operational excellence frameworks 
  • Support the Process Owner in coordinating follow up activities with the Operational Process Managers and Process Teams

Your profile and background: 
  • Experience with IAM process management (from financial institutes advantage) 
  • Understanding of IAM governance 
  • ITIL certified (foundation mandatory) 
  • Passion for operationalizing IAM processes 
  • Structured mindset 
  • Self-driven 
  • Experienced in agile methodology (advantage) 
  • Not afraid of stepping outside own comfort zone 
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
