Your future responsibilities
You’ll join IAM Service Delivery, where we provide the tools and technology to support the IAM processes. We continuously work on enhancing our capabilities to support new requirements for IAM in Nordea, this includecreating and improving processes, developing existing systems, integrating and deploying new tools and technology we need.
What you’ll be doing:
- Drive application onboarding process
- Communicate with applications’ owners and providers
- Validate Segregation of Duties and Quality Assurance
- Follow up and communicate progress
- Create, develop and improve IAM/IT processes
The role is based in Gdynia, Poland. Welcome to a team where are working in challenging international environment for important and interesting projects in Nordea.

Your profile and background:
- Understanding of IT processes (e.g. general knowledge, various IT solutions, software, tools) or strong willingness to learn
- Good analytical, planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of ITIL will be an asset
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher
- English on professional level
