Sourcing Professional in Consultant Procurement, Gdynia

We are looking for a Sourcing Professional in the Consultant Procurement team, where you'll have the unique and exciting opportunity to contribute in building a "best in class" consultant procurement process - all the way from the need of the consultant until the consultant can stay.  
This is an opportunity for you to be a part of the Consultant Procurement team located in Gdynia and Stockholm, reporting to Head of Consultant Procurement within Consultant Services. The team consists of 17 employees. You will take active part in daily operations, optimizing processes and suggesting improvements.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Consultant Procurement - we are sourcing unit within Consultant Services, responsible for the procurement of IT-, Business- and Management consultants from consulting services suppliers, following the mandatory Consultant Procurement process. 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Educating and supporting the internal stakeholders in the operational procurement of consultants  
  • Facilitating and drive the sourcing of new consultants together with internal stakeholders  
  • Managing contract prolongations  
  • Executing other recurring consultant management admin tasks  
  • Supporting in monthly reporting  
  • Supporting in Consultant Procurement tool development  
  • Actively sharing knowledge with other colleagues to make Sourcing activities run more efficiently  
  • Producing and promoting ideas for sourcing projects/activities that will add value to Nordea or reduce Nordea´s costs based on a value chain perspective

Your profile and background: 
  • Attention to details, getting things right  
  • Ability to work as a team player as well as independently  
  • Committed and self-disciplined  
  • Experience from contract administration and/or procurement  
  • Experience from reporting - Excel and/or PowerPoint skills are valuable  
  • Previous knowledge within IT and/or sourcing of consultants will be an advantage  
  • Previous experience from procurement tools is seen as an advantage  
  • Experience from an international, cross-border organization  
  • Degree in economics, supply chain or equivalent  
  • Knowledge on Project Management will be an asset  
  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken is a must
