Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Technology Service costing, where we unfold understanding of the technology consumption required to develop and maintain Nordea services and its impact. While on a regular day we are mainly taking care of the chargeback, forecasting, reporting and other financial support we spend large part of the time driving TBM (Technology Business Management) implementation and development of APPTIO tool.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform complex data financial analysis to support fact-based decision making
- Support in implementation of the Technology Business Management (TBM) Model in APPTIO
- Reach out and collect the feedback from stakeholders to continuously increasing value
- Assure data quality and improvement
- Participate in the group projects and initiatives
- Identify and suggest continuously on the improvement areas

Your profile and background:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Experience of complex data handling , advanced Excel skills (programming skills are optional)
- Self-driven, willing to learn and develop, ability to act as a team player
- Analytical skills - being able to analyze numerical data, verbal data and all other sources of information and breaking information into components parts, patterns and relationships
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- An academic degree, preferably in areas that demonstrates logical thinking like Engineering, Math, Finance etc.
- Experience with Technology finance, chargeback and TBM / APPTIO is welcomed but not required.
