IT Service Manager, Gdynia
We are looking for IT Service Managers who will work with driving test environment and test data compliance across the group, enabling agility and scalability through a standardised test environment service concept, providing platform and tooling to support test automation.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Test Environment Management Services (TEMS) defined as a group wide capability and one of the necessary building blocks to support the transformation of the bank as part of the One Nordea delivering the Future Relationship Bank.
TEMS unit is the single point of contact for test environment services to Business IT, IT Functional areas and large programmes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Applications coordination, incident handling
- Effective stakeholder management
- Responsible for creating/maintaining OLA's with application providers/owners
- Produce management information including KPI's and reports
- Creation & maintenance of operational documentation & processes in cooperation with the engineering team and users

Your profile and background:
- Experience in IT Service Management
- Ability to deliver quality on time and work in fast-pace environment
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English
- Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams in a cross-border global organization
- You are self-motivated, quality-driven with a positive attitude, willing to take on responsibilities and act as an engaged and committed team player
- Familiar with Microsoft office package
- ITIL & SAFE Foundation will be an advantage
