Senior Non-Functional Test Engineer, Gdynia
We are looking for a Non-Functional Test Engineer experienced in multinational large-scale agile projects to join Nordea team. Your future responsibilities
You’ll join NFT Center, where we are responsible for defining the strategy to test in a comprehensive and agile manner all non-functional aspects of the system and will identify and implement the most appropriate methodology to build and execute such tests.
What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and maintaining non-functional test suite
- Executing non-functional tests, capturing and analyzing their results
- Integrating test suite into Continuous Integration system
- Monitoring servers, finding bottlenecks & instability issues and reporting defects
- Facilitating and participating in disaster recovery tests of business-critical applications
- Assisting in other engineering activities as needed
The role is based in Gdynia. Welcome to NFT team where you will work pro-actively, in close cooperation with Business and Product Owners, to ensure great experience in customers’ interactions with Nordea giving you insights on both business and technology dimensions.

Your profile and background:
- 5+ years’ experience in implementing non-functional test strategy in big scale programs and complex environments
- You have worked in international and cross-country environments
- Strong understanding of Agile software development
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
- You are self-driven but also willing to act as a team player with the ability to motivate people
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
