HR People Consultant, Łódź or Warsaw

We are looking for a People (HR) Consultant to collaborate with leaders and People Business Partners in planning and execution of people activities and processes. This is an opportunity for you to enable great leadership in Nordea. As a People Consultant you will play an important role in supporting the leader to perform on key People Processes and to become successful leaders.

Your future responsibilities

You will join the Leadership Support team in Poland within Group People (HR), where we support leaders from IT and banking operations in a wide range of people matters always with one common people agenda towards the business in mind. 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Act with empathy, with integrity and proactively bring People expertise to leaders  
  • Coach and advise leader on a broad range of people cases  
  • Actively support leaders to improve organization by coaching and challenging them 
  • Participate in or drive projects/initiatives, e.g. internal People improvements or organizational changes 
  • Proactively enable leaders to plan and execute key People processes  
  • Take ownership, act highly flexible and team up in a seamless collaboration across the value chain in order to deliver best in class and to-the-point people service for Nordea Leaders in any case 
The role is based in Łódź or Warsaw.

  • Have a university degree in e.g. Strategy, HR or similar (M.Sc.) 
  • Are fluent in written and spoken English 
  • Are skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
