Continuous Improvement Specialist to Simplification & Quality team, Gdynia / Gdańsk

Your future responsibilities

 
You’ll join Simplification and Quality team in IT Service and Support where we mainly focus on the responsibilities related to ITSS internal processes and procedures. In Simplification & Quality team in ITSS unit, we are responsible for constant improvement of processes, tools and approach for the services related to end user support. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
  • Identifying processes breakages, wastes and suggest to-be process  
  • Identifying opportunities for efficiencies (to improve productivity and SLT performance) and driving delivery of such projects (automation, process improvements) 
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve ITSS processes and driving end user value through operations maturity 
  • Supporting the execution of innovation projects through the operational excellence agenda 
  • Driving continuous improvement program to build employee engagement to make an impact on end user value  
  • Driving rigorous metrics related to the balanced scorecard to evaluate performance and driving reduction in variability/defects in critical processes 
The role is based in Gdynia. Welcome to a truly international team - we are one team based in Copenhagen, Oslo and Gdynia.

Your profile and background: 
 
  • Experience in hands-on implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization 
  • Ideally very good project management skills, experience in Agile methodology (especially in Scaled Agile Framework), preferably also in Six Sigma / Lean initiatives (certificates as an advantage) 
  • Strong analytical approach to problem solving and strong customer orientation 
  • High degree of structure and self-organization, independent worker, deadline focused, and attention to detail 
  • Excellent presentation creation and delivery skills and very good planning & organizational skills 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders, managers, and subject matter experts 
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
