Communication Specialist to Simplification & Quality team, Gdynia / Gdańsk

We are looking for a Communication Specialist to help IT Service and Support with communication topics. This is an opportunity for you to grow in a diverse new team of experienced specialists who help end users to meet their needs.

Your future responsibilities

 
You’ll join Simplification and Quality team in IT Service and Support where we mainly focus on the responsibilities related to ITSS internal processes and procedures. In Simplification & Quality team in ITSS unit, we are responsible for constant improvement of processes, tools and approach for the services related to end user support. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
 
  • Taking care of communication in the unit 
  • Creating announcement of changes 
  • Updating intranet website in Nordea 
  • Handling feedback received from end users 
  • Prioritisation requests handling 
The role is based in Gdynia / Gdańsk. Welcome to a truly international team - we are one team based in Copenhagen, Oslo and Gdynia / Gdańsk.
