Product Owner, Warsaw

A product owner is a key leader in the business as they are responsible for maximizing the value of the product. The product owner has their own team(s) which can deliver items prioritized in the backlog, but they must coordinate according to any dependencies in the company or any current program/hub level initiatives. Each team will work together with their product owner to determine the best way to structure and deliver based on the complexity of the problems they are solving in the product.
You’ll join CBB Development, where we provide state of the art solutions for our corporate customers in the Nordic market.
What you’ll be doing:
- Understand the customer requirements and translate these into state of the art solution
- Break down work for optimal output
- Prioritize and maintain the backlog
- Support the development team
- Work with stakeholders

Your profile and background:
- Educational background relevant to Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience from working internationally
- At least 2 years of experience in Product owner and or Agile Project Management role
- Good understanding of the Agile mindset and values
- Fluency in spoken and written English
