Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Data Platform Engineering Team, where we are building enterprise data lake. 
You’ll be doing: 
  • Lead one or two Scrum Teams 
  • Organize and drive Sprints ceremonies 
  • Assist Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and planning 
  • Work to maximize team productivity and remove any impediments that obstruct the Sprint goals 
  • Support Scrum Team members with the usage of collaboration tools, e.g. JIRA, MS Teams, Confluence

Your profile and background: 
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills 
  • Experience with distributed global teams 
  • At least 2 years of experience in Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Management role 
  • Good understanding of the Agile mindset and values 
  • Fluency in spoken and written English 
Ideally, you also have: 
  • The knowledge about iterative and incremental development 
  • The knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures 
  • SAFe knowledge is an advantage 
  • PMI-ACP or PSM certificate is an advantage 
  • Some traveling to Nordic countries will be required
