Transition Manager, Łódź

We are looking for a (Senior) Transition Manager (Project Manager) in Poland to join our team of highly qualified project/program management professionals. Your future responsibilities

We ensure successful planning and execution of process transitions for all Business Areas/Group Functions throughout Nordea. Our key responsibilities include ensuring successful planning and execution of transitions from business areas/group functions to Nordea Poland (PL) and Estonia (EE). We also manage group-wide Nordea PL / EE and shared-services related projects throughout Nordea.
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Leading transition projects to Nordea PL and thus deliver tangible results together with Business Areas/Group Functions 
  • Acting as a driver and coordinating force between multiple stakeholders in order to ensure successful transitions in all aspects of the change -process, people, organisation, union handling, IT & authorisations, legal, taxes, risk, compliance, etc. 
  • Taking part in further developing methods and tools together with stakeholders and other Global Services units 
  • Be an ambassador for Global Services and work closely together with Business

Your profile and background:
  • Experience in transition/project management 
  • Business understanding and ability to quickly identify key issues in new areas 
  • Ability to establish relationships, create trust and contacts on all levels of an organisation 
  • Result orientation and structure with focus on setting and reaching targets 
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
