Senior Business Analyst in Group Data Quality and Governance, Gdynia

 
We are looking for a data savvy Senior Business Analyst to work in the Group Data Quality and Governance area at Nordea. This is an opportunity for you to work with a wide range of interesting data governance and data management related topics. You will get to interact with stakeholders across the different business areas and group functions in the bank, with a focus on the whole delivery lifecycle starting from the requirements definition all the way to the delivery of the developed services and capabilities.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Group Data Management Office, where we ensure compliance and trust in Nordea data, enabling competitive advantage with great customer experiences. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Requirement definition and management 
  • Business and data analysis 
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT 
  • Manage and resolve challanges in Data Management area 
The role is based in Gdynia. Welcome to a Data Quality Analysis and Control team which is the group-wide process owner for data quality management at Nordea. The team consists of data professionals across the Nordics and Poland with skills ranging from functional all the way to deep hands-on technical capabilities.

Your profile and background:
  • Ability to understand business requirements and turn those into functional specifications and designs 
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (SAFe preferably) 
  • Basic level of understandig in Data Governence and Management 
  • Expercience in data-related requirements management 
  • Good communication skills  
  • Experience from financial secotr will be a plus  
  • Fluent English
