Your future responsibilities

You’ll join ITSS team 6 where we handle second level incidents and coordinate problem investigations.
Main Tasks as a 2nd level IT supporter in Team 6 is:
  • Cross border Incident handling
  • Update our knowledgebase with relevant information
  • Initiate & drive Problem tickets when needed
  • Initate Knowledgesharing with other IT groups
  • Drive/participate in meeting with 3rd level support or other stakeholders
Our scope is to support all our internal end users in different IT related investigations.

Your profile:
  • Experience talking with end-users (also not IT experts)  
  • A self-driven and a with can-do attitude   
  • An easy adaption of changes   

Your technical background:  

  • You are technically skilled within different IT areas and have preferable experience from a similar position.  
  • You have been working within the IT area and with IT support for at least 3-5 years.     
  • Broad knowledge of technical platforms like, Microsoft technology (different operative systems, inc Windows 10), Active Directory and Office products is a must. Knowledge of the ITIL framework.  

In addition to above you have preferable also knowledge in these areas:  

  • Scripting or/and coding knowledge (like PowerShell)  
  • SCCM (system management tool) 2012 
  • Printer/Server/Network knowledge  
You are respected and recognized for your technical knowledge.
