HR Service Partner, Gdynia
We are looking for an HR Service Partner to take part in core HR process (hard HR) for the entire Nordea: hiring, onboarding, contracting, employment administration as global support for employees located in the Nordics, Poland and other international units). This is an opportunity for you to work with providing HR services for employees and managers in Nordea: crating employment contracts, working with payroll & benefits input, provide expertise advisory regarding the services.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join Employment Services, where we focus on our internal customers – employees. We focus on delivering high-quality services to ensure that we provide the best employee experience around HR process.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing HR data in daily work (preparing employment documents, registering data in HR system, administrative support for recruitment, on-boarding & payroll)
- Taking part in life-cycle process for Nordic employees as an administrator of core HR processes (hard HR)
- Taking part in HR international projects
- Working on continuous improvement of HR procedures
- Cooperating with stakeholders, vendors and employees seated in the Nordic countries on a daily basis
- Working with HR systems: SAP HR, SuccessFactors and Microsoft tools, i.e. Excel and Sharepoint

Your profile and background:
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in area of HR administration
- Knowledge of SAP HR and SuccessFactors would be an asset
- Knowledge of Polish labour law
- Good communication & analytical skills, self-independency
- English on communicative level (at least B1)
- Availability to business travel to Łódź/Warsaw
- Valid driving license (B category)
- Computer literacy
