Senior IT Service Manager, Gdańsk

We are looking for a Senior IT Service Manager. As an IT Service Manager, you’ll be focusing on the providing world-class IT services to our customers by driving the day-to-day IT operations for a portfolio of applications.

The offer

 
You’ll join Technology and Operations Support Application Maintenance, where we are a part of the “run the bank” organization. We make sure that the applications and IT services work today and continue to work in the future.
 
What you’ll be doing:  
 
  • Oversee the day to day IT service operations carried out by the technical experts, including incident, problem and change management
  • Drive maintenance and improvement activities throughout the system life-cycle to achieve the SLAs/KPIs objectives, and ensure sufficient service capacity
  • Set requirements towards the application development
  • Formalize cooperation (i.e. OLAs, SLAs, KPIs)
  • Ensure the applications are compliant

Your profile and background:  
 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in Service Management or similar role
  • Experienced within ITIL framework
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Understanding of how to manage the system life-cycle
  • Experience with BI/DW solutions (Preferably financial domain)
