The offer

As a Problem Manager, you’ll be accountable for logging, investigating, performing root cause analysis on situations that impact the services and the coordination of finding preventive actions for business critical and major incidents to ensure they do not reoccur. You, together with your problem management colleagues, will be also responsible for ensuring the problem process is consistently followed by all the teams across the organization.
What you’ll be doing:  
  • As a Problem Manager you will be accountable for analysis and resolution actions of business critical problem investigations
  • Coordinating operational meetings to find root causes within five days and secure that the quality is according to agreed standards
  • Govern the lifecycle of the preventive measures established during an investigation and ensure this is reported weekly to sr. mgmt
  • Keeping the problem record accurate and up to date on a daily basis
  • Delivering high quality and first-class service and support
  • Interacting on a global level with different IT groups within Nordea

Your profile and background:  
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Fluency in English both written and oral and excellent communication skills
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Working knowledge of a broad range of IT systems
  • Strong driving force and ablility to work independently
  • Analytical mindset, big-picture thinking, detail-oriented
