Junior Process Officer with Finnish language, Łódź

Operations Finland Pocessing Corporate is hiring!
You’ll join Banking Operations, a stable yet continuously growing department in our Bank. Your daily job will mostly consist of administrative, yet very challenging tasks, due to top-level service expectations:
- Preparing bank statements & documentation
- Investigating & correcting payments
- Collaborating in international team (FI/PL)
- Looking for improvements to contribute process efficiency
- Creating and maintaining process flow documentation
- Supporting process transitions & migrations
- Ensuring operational risks mitigation
The role is based in Lodz.

Your profile and background:
- Graduate of a secondary school or university
- Native Finnish speaker or advanced level of Finnish language
- English on advanced level
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools
