Your future responsibilities

You’ll join CBB Operations, where we have just established Operations Alignment team within CBB Operations organization that will support an aligned and common delivery of analysis and development activities for Cards, Cash Management and Trade Finance Operations cross Nordics and Poland.  
What you’ll be doing:
  • Driving and taking part in the change initiatives to improve the current performance as well as the customer experience
  • Analyzing business requirements and processes
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the solutions
  • Managing and supporting projects and assignments with a cross-Nordic customer scope in the global Operating model
  • Proactively driving, doing follow-ups and escalating outstanding deliveries and dependencies cross business and IT
  • Facilitating and supporting organizational changes
The role is based in Łódź. Welcome to a team where you will be involved in projects which will determine and shape the way we operate in the future. This will also include securing input and alignment with our key stakeholders in the CBB Operations organization.
This position could require some travelling to the Nordics.

Your profile and background:
  • Experience of working in international environment and matrix organization (including communication with IT and different businesses)  
  • Knowledge of IT applications and IT environment  
  • Excellent English skills  
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office (especially MS Excel)  
  • Proactive and analytical mindset  
  • Business understanding of processes and application landscape from an operational business perspective.  
  • Very good communication and stakeholder management skills  
  • Structured way or working  
  • Robotics and scrum knowledge is a plus
