We are looking for Student Assistants to be strong contributors in content creation for internal and external communication endeavours. In IT Students, we need skilled students who can bring a strong set of graphic design sensibilities, a powerful grasp of story-telling, and an eagerness to collaborate with stakeholders.
The IT Students unit is located in the Group CIO Office with responsibility for internal communications to +7000 employees spread over six countries globally. We drive a wide variety of communication and change management features and events as well as provide close support to the IT leadership to help drive strategic change.
What you’ll be doing:
Our ideal candidate has experience with presentation-building, graphic designing and story-telling, an eye for detail and passion for design. Additionally, this candidate must thrive in a collaborative environment, adapt well to a constantly evolving industry, and generally carry positive energy that benefits the greater team.
You will be a part of student team that is currently comprised of 16 students that work in different areas within IT. The weekly working time will be approx. 16 hours.
The position is located in Gdynia.

- Enrolled at a relevant university program (such as Marketing, Communication, ect.)
- Expert in PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Always deliver pixel-perfect quality on time
- Interest in learning and sharing about new design trends and tools
- Meticulous attention to details
- Ability to interpret and apply written and verbal direction to design assignments
