IT Test Manager, Gdansk
We are looking for a very experienced Test Manager that can help us create an environment with test and quality built in, in every step directly in the projects you participate in. You will help us drive our test automation agenda and improve our way of conducting tests, in compliance with our Nordea test strategies. This is an opportunity for you to influence and introduce new ways and new thinking around how we can improve our testing and QA capabilities in our projects. You lead the day to day test planning and testing activities as well as define the agenda for how this is done in close collaboration with the project stakeholders. Sometimes you also conduct the tests hands on yours.

Your future responsibilities
You’ll join TALM ITS / IFTP, where we are responsible for the development of solutions that support Treasury Asset and Liability Management business processes. The team acts as the bridge between technology partners and business partners. The aim is to support the processes and to provide leading technology solutions in an agile fashion.

- Test management and test in IT projects
- Improve our methodology around testing in an highly agile environment with test automation as well as continous integration
- Ensure that the balance between quality and time to market is upheld

Your profile and background:
- Experience in leading test in complex IT projects within financial services or other regulated industries (strongly preffered)
- Several years of experience from test automation and continous integration in an agile way of working is key to success in this role
- Solid knowledge about how to comply with test steering models and test processes, and the ability to managing multiple interfaces and stakeholders
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken, is required
- A Bachelor's degree in information technology/computer science or finance/economics and a recognized test qualification
