As an IT Supporter Request Fulfilment, you’ll be responsible for executing orders regarding accesses to different systems and applications. You’ll be working according to Access Management Process rules. You may also assist with special projects and other activities if required. You’ll join User Administration Team 2, where we handled requests from our end-users regarding accesses to be provisioned or revoked. We are responsible for granting access to end-users so they are able to serve our customers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Performing User Administration tasks with respect to processes and procedures
- Actively participating in defining knowledge base articles and knowledge sharing among colleagues in order to create and implement best practices
- Delivering services at the agreed service level and focus on our end-users satisfaction

Your profile and background:
You are a result-oriented person able to work independently with defined technical issues. Moreover, you are able to communicate technical issues to customers in a non-technical manner.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Great sense of ownership for IT services quality
- You are service oriented, security and quality conscious
- Knowledge of Active Directory rights management and IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of ITIL
