Procurement Officer/Specialist in Cost Control team, Łódź

 
We are looking for a Procurement Officer/Specialist to join an exciting and developing team in Group Procurement which has the ambition to be recognised as the best procurement function in the European Financial Industry in 2018. The offer

You’ll join Cost Control team, where we support directly our Business Partners throughout Nordea to reach their targets by providing advice and executional services when it comes to optimize cost. What’s more, we are responsible for end-to-end invoice handling process, reporting directly to our Nordics managers.
 
What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Invoice verification against the signed contracts with the biggest Nordea suppliers
  • Reporting discrepancies and spend under management
  • Close cooperation with the Business Area representatives and Nordea suppliers
  • Drive new activities to increases Group Procurement spend under management

Your profile and background:
 
  • Finance/Accountancy area experience
  • Bachelor degree in economics, finances would be an asset
  • English proficiency
  • Great communication skills  
  • Focus on relation building
  • Self-reliance, precision, ability to solve problems
