As a Junior Process Officer, you’ll have a key role in manual corrections and plenty of daily tasks related to financial area. The Core Banking Programme is now live with the first savings accounts and there is a lot more to come! You’ll be closely working with the CBP and Banking Operations teams. You’ll be responsible for different kinds of support and manual tasks.
Financial Flow Team in Banking Operations Poland is going to be a newly established Nordic team focused on N-Core related financial flow activities.
What you'll be doing:
- Independently solve problems and handle manual tasks that are related to products allocated within CBP
- Work with multiple stakeholders in Banking Operations and CBP
- Be responsible for daily monitoring and error handling activities in the area of financial flows
- Participate and support account migrations and other CBP events
- Handle other tasks that will be identified during the journey

- Fluent in English (professional level)
- Good problem-solving skills & self-driven mindset
- Capability to adopt new systems fast
- Flexibility in error handling process as volumes are inconsistent
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of N-core and other daily banking related systems and processes
- Knowledge of reconciliation and accounting processes are an advantage
- Tick-off knowledge
