Senior Project Manager – Service Delivery, Gdynia or Warsaw

You’ll join Common Platforms within the Group Data Management Office (GDMO) where we build a secure platform with reusable, scalable and modular IT service capabilities. Moreover, our aim is to provide customers with marketplace for acquiring data, tool and insights in order to make Nordea a compliant, secure and digitally enabled bank.
What you’ll be doing:
- The primary focus of the role during 2018 is to develop our approach to ingesting data onto the Hadoop platform and day-to-day management of the vendors performing in this area
- Future plans include managing delivery of SAS operational support provided by a third party on a managed service basis
- Managing service and operational level agreements (SLAs and OLAs)
- Ensuring contractual obligations on third parties providing a managed service to Common Platforms are being fully met
- Applying Agile project management techniques on day-to-day service delivery management

Your profile and background:
- 5+ years project management experience
- Experience of working in Agile environments
- Experienced in client or vendor side service delivery management
- Experience of change and operational excellence tools and techniques would be an advantage
