Team Leader in Client Credit Management, Łódź

We are looking for a Team Leader to build and lead the newly established Client Credit Management team in Lodz, Poland. This is an opportunity for you to play an important role in shaping the future for Client Credit Management. You will lead a team with 10-15 employees located in Poland. As an important member of the leader community in Structured Loan Services you will enter a changing environment with strong focus on partner and customer satisfaction, delivery and result and you will be expected to act as an agile leader working close to your team with a continuous improvement mindset.

The offer

You’ll join Structured Loan Services, where we provide effective and efficient middle- and back office support to Corporate & Investment Banking and Commercial & Business Banking. By working closely together with the product units, we bring our expertise within the areas of credit, shipping and loan administration as well as credit process support to enable daily business with the customers.

  • Select high-performing team members and maintain high level of motivation
  • Continuously strive for simplification and harmonization of tasks and processes
  • Work cross-teams in customer life cycle to set efficient customer centric work flows
  • Ensure your direct reports understand how their targets and plans are linked to the strategy
  • Identify and establish new ways of working
  • Lead, participat and implement development projects related to your team’s daily work

Your profile and background:
  • Proven experience in people/project management
  • Experience from working close to partners and customers
  • Understanding of drivers for great customer experiences
  • Strong communication and networking skills
  • Capabilities to present, influence and work cross borders
  • Process and customer flow understanding
  • Track record from work and competence in process efficiency and simplification
  • Fluent in English
