Head of Strategic Sourcing Team 3, Gdynia or Warsaw
We are looking for a Head of Strategic Sourcing Team 3. This is an opportunity for you to manage a multi-cultural team of sourcing managers based in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Poland.

You’ll join the IT Procurement Management team where you’ll contribute to operating and developing the unit, our capabilities and customer service. We define how IT Procurement is performed across the Nordea Group and drive the negotiations of the most complex and highest value cases.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing your team of Sourcing Managers
- Participating in prioritization of resources and cases
- Contributing to optimising our operating model and knowledge base
- Acting as an expert in supporting some of our most senior stakeholders

Your profile and background:
- Excellent business English
- Wide experience as an IT sourcing manager
- Experience of managing a team of sourcing managers
- Experience in Banking or another Financial services sector
- Experience of working in a multinational environment
