The offer

As a IT Security Analyst, you’ll be an IAM specialist working on in the team operating applications for our Role Based Access Control and Identity governance.  
In IAM Solution Operation, we provide the tools and technology to support the IAM processes. We continuously work on enhancing our capabilities to support new requirements for IAM in Nordea, this include developing existing systems and integrating and deploying new tools and technology we need. Current set includes: Sailpoint IIQ and ITAP (IT Access Portal). 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Operating and monitoring the Sailpoint IIQ and ITAP application in our pPreproduction and production environments. 
  • Support the development team with deployments of new changes and releases to preprod and production.  
  • Support the identity governance team with certification campaigns and governance usage of the tool. 
  • Support advanced end-users and subscribers of IAM data solving incidents and questions around IAM data flows 
  • Work with the lifecycle mgmt of the tool, upgrading, patching and keeping the performance and functionality stable in our preprod and prod environments. 
The role is based in Gdynia.

Your background: 
  • You have a Bachelor degree or higher 
  • Experience within application and system maintenance (administration, upgrades, performance monitoring etc). 
  • Experience with log and data analysing to support incident handling and 2nd level questions 
  • Experience from Access Management, Identity Management and Access Control Systems would be an asset
