IT Supporter Request Fulfilment in On – Site Support, Gdynia

The offer

 
As an IT Supporter Request Fulfilment you’ll will be a member of On-Site Support team in  Norway and Poland. You will be responsible for delivering services at the agreed service level and focusing on our end-users satisfaction. You may also assist with special projects and other activities if required.    
 
In On-Site Support unit, we are responsible of all the IT related end user hardware, orders and OnSite Support to end users in Nordea. 
 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Handling orders    
  • Performing Asset update   
  • Installing, break-fixing, relocating and testing IT hardware   
  • Taking responsibility for delivering services at the agreed service level and focusing on our end-users satisfaction    
 
The role is based in Gdynia.

Your background: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (computer science or related will be an asset)    
  • Professional level of English (spoken and written)   
  • Knowledge of our tools like SCCM (system management tool), Active Directory. 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft products 
  • BMC Remedy  
  • Good knowledge of computers/ networking/IT infrastructure    
  • Great analytical skills
