The offer

You’ll join Unified Communication team, where we maintain and develop the Skype and Recording service to our approx.32.000 end users, on environments build on high availability Windows2012 R2 platform.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Support, troubleshoot and maintanence on the Skype for Business platform
  • Support, troubleshoot and maintanence on the Nice Recording platform
  • Project and development on both the Skype and the Nice platform
  • Opportunity to participate in project development of conference rooms

Your profile and background:
  • We expect that you have experience and skills in Skype for Business onprem / hybrid / Cloud
  • Experience in VoIP technologies (e.g. SBC, PBX, SIP, ect.) and Exchange
  • Knowledge about AD and DNS
  • Knowledge about network technologies like TCP/IP, QoS and Load Balancing
  • Experience and Skills in PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting in Server/Client problems will be an advantage
