The offer

As an IT Supporter Request Fulfilment, you’ll be responsible for executing orders regarding accesses to different systems and applications across our IT landscape. You’ll be working according to Access Management Process rules. You may also assist with special projects and other activities if required. 
In User Administration unit, we strive to deliver great support towards our end-users with a great customer experience. 
What you’ll be doing: 
  • Performing User Administration tasks with respect to processes and procedures 
  • Actively participating in defining knowledge base articles and knowledge sharing among colleagues in order to create and implement best practices 
  • Delivering services at the agreed service level and focus on our end-users satisfaction

Moreover, you are able to communicate technical issues to customers in a non-technical manner.  
Your background: 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken 
  • Great sense of ownership for IT services quality; ability to keep on track and follow a request until it is resolved and documented 
  • Knowledge of Active Directory rights management and IT infrastructure 
  • Knowledge of the ITIL methodology and ITSM tools will be an advantage
