Group Procurement is supporting our Business Partners throughout Nordea to reach their targets by providing advice and executional services when it comes to cost optimisation. Success is measured by the results we achieve together with our Business Partners and how satisfied they are with the support and services we deliver.

Group Procurements service offerings are based on four service lines: Accounting and Advisory Service, Sourcing Service, Contract Service and Buy & Pay services.
 
 
In Invoice Handling Team you’ll be responsible for: 
  • Invoice handling (verification of legal and fiscal requirements, invoice coding) 
  • VAT pre-coding 
  • Seeking improvement possibilities in daily work 
  • Active participation in running projects 
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders on a daily basis 
  • Close cooperation with suppliers in order to achieve an expected level of invoice quality 
 
In AP Payments and Reconciliation Team you’ll be responsible for: 
  • Creating Master data (verification of legal and fiscal requirements) 
  • Contacting supplier on daily basis 
  • Seeking improvement possibilities in daily work 
  • Active participation in running projects

Your background: 
  • Good command of English -  both written and spoken 
  • Knowledge of accounting principles in Accounts Payable would be an asset 
  • Flexibility in daily operation and visible ownership for dedicated tasks 
  • Understanding the essence of value chain success 
  • Great analytical skills
